Texured fascia issues

Anyone else have body shops sending new textured fascias back that have scuff marks all over them? We have had numerous ones that were not acceptable for use, tried wiping them off, but the marks still show.

Just got an 84150894 in this morning for a job and there were no obvious issues.

HAVE YOU TRIED PUTTING TIRE SHINE ON IT . THAT TAKES CARE OF EVERYTHING
