Dealer Oil Program Invoicing Delays
Some Dealers may have noticed invoicing delays for their oil purchases this month. An IT issue has caused this disruption and this issue is being corrected. All invoices will be processed and back to normal the week of April 19th.

So, I received oil on the 6th of this month and the 20th. I still have not been billed for the oil received on the 6th, but the oil received on the 20th was invoiced on the 23rd. Anyone else having similar issues?

Probably waiting for the price increase to go into effect before billing

That's what I figured was going on until I got billed for the 20th.
