go to your LAM page (Dealer imr and lma group advertising) in Global

mouse over CCA, Conquest Programs, Bump The Competition, Submit a single conquest claim.

type in all of the information and click submit.

make sure you print the page after you submit to reconcile your credit.

How are the parts invoiced? At the lowest selling price?

Here's an example... i'll post a line below. Part number 39021417 is a trans cooler for a 2018 cruze.

PN NAME FY LY MODEL MAKE WT DLR $ CORE MIN $ M CLAIM 1 MCLAIM 2 TOTAL CLAIM
39021417 COOLER 2016 2019 CRUZE LT 4 CHEVROLET 0 $176.97 $0.00 $133.35 $43.62 $24.78 $68.40

How much can i sell this for?

I've never done of these before.

The lowest you can sell that particular Part # is $133.35 to still get your 14% Profit.

If you sell it for $133.35 you will get back $68.40 to make your 24200 whole and still get $24.78 profit...

this is what i do with faced with the question , aftermarket or oe.

I take the cost of the GM part and basically take the cost of it and the 14% off of it and then I treat that as my cost when I go shopping aftermarket. If aftermarket is close to GM cost then I purchase the GM. If I am going to make a lot more aftermarket then I purchase from them.

example : 22932803
dlr cost 475.82
14% profit -66.61
true cost $409.21

if aftermarket is lower then $400. I will buy aftermarket.

Before I do any bumping I always make sure the parts that are aftermarket on the estimate are actually available. If they aren't I get a no quote from the junkyard that is on the estimate. then its retail price to the insurance company.

as far as claims are concerned . always claim the most

I have multiple part numbers to claim from one invoice.

I see that there is an option for a single conquest claim, or multiple conquest claims.

Multiple looks like it has to be an excel spreadsheet upload.

How do you upload your claims?

I just do mine single even if I have multiple #'s. I never have more than a few #'s to do at once so it's not a big deal.

Just so I understand clearly, a single claim is for one individual part number?

I apologize for all of the questions. I'm currently trying to interview potential counter staff and juggle claims and techs.
