For the GM guys, how are you handing Thule sales? IE 19419503, 9504, 9506, 19366639, 19257871 amongst a few others...those are just the ones I have memorized.

For what feels like the first time, GM priced these in such a way I can actually sell them at a fair price and be competitive. Rarely happens on aftermarket accessories but of course it came with a big issue...supply. I have probably 50 outstanding orders for these products, and no one at GM can tell me where we may see them. I just got a roof box (19368647) that I ordered the middle of February. Customer wanted it for skiing...well too late for that. Same with bike racks...19366639...telling customers they may wait 2-3 months when they need something to go riding now...I look like an idiot.

Funny enough...we have also got multiple emails through our website from "Thuly policy enforcement" claiming we can't sell their products or use their part #s etc. We just laugh and delete.

I could say this about the 5th wheel hitches too, 19418686 and 8687. But those take about a month to get...but still brutal when customer needs to pick up their trailer...oh sorry don't have it. We try to keep stock but by the time they come in...I have everything pre-sold.

I get all my accessories + thule through ADW, typically I call them if its not in stock, and if they cant give me an ETA i typically tell the customer they're backordered and I dont know when they will be available.

Not my preferred method, but it saves from sitting on/eating a ton of accessories months after the fact.. Damned if you do, damned if you dont
