Termination return

My dealership went through a buy/sell in March of 2021. Part of the agreement was we get to do this termination return. So, GM sent me a list of parts. I pulled them, labeled them and sent them back. Now I have this 30+ page list of parts that are not her. But still in my inventory. To help matters. When the new owners took over they changed my DMS from AutoSoft to Dealertrack. I could really use a few tips on how to remove these parts from my inventory. And of course leave the proper paper trail showing where they went. I have made copies of everything. Including labels from Gm and the PC302 paperwork to cover my you know what. Any help would be appreciated.

Not the easiest solution but you could go to tile 12 in dealer track and do a blank return and under return description enter termination, only problem is you have to enter every part number and qty print the return when your done then post the return and it will take them off your inventory
