Any gm peeps doing this QPO order for brakes? if so is there any way to sort the part numbers numeric?

If you are speaking of the Excel List of part numbers, yes you can sort. It's a little tricky can't really explain here. Best bet is to find someone fluent in Excel at the dealership and have them do it.

Just pull up the excel list and enable editing. Then click the little arrow in the header of the column you want to sort, and choose which way you want it!!
