GM dealers- doubled bill for bulk oil

Hello there, when you've had a double billing on you GM invoice for bulk oil, who do you contact first? I know this could probably go round and round with finger pointing. Please help! Quite a bit of $ of course.

Agreed invoicing. Get your GM rep involved as an FYI, you may need their assistance to resolve.

they sent out an email yesterday stating credits will be issued as soon as possible

This is an update to the GlobalConnect direct message (202105100003) published May 10, 2021 regarding duplicate invoicing for oil deliveries.
A very large number of invoices and dealers were affected due to this error and the team must work a manual process to issue the credits. Dealers will start seeing credits in June and some dealers will not see credits until June 30.
We regret the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience.

Certainly didn't take them a month or 2 to bill you though
