Charlotte just changed over to the on-line PC302 that the rest of the country has been using for awhile. I have a question. How do you print a packing slip? Do you wait for the PDC to send it? Thanks in advance.

In Global open the app "Material Returns PC302 and Tracking"
Find your application #
In the "PC302s Created" column click "Create PC302".
Input all of the information then print your PC302 (I always print 2 copies, the driver takes one with a copy of the application and I keep one that he signs and dates for my records in case there are issues with getting credit.)
Print the labels and attach them to the totes and loose pieces.

Yes, your 659's will still be sent from the PDC with your MR tags.

THE APP WAS DESIGNED TO ELIMINATE PAPERWORK. I DONT PRINT EXCEPT WHAT IS NEEDED. WHEN THE DRIVER PICKS I GET A MEAIL . WHEN THE CROSSDOCK RECEIVES IT I GET A EMAIL. WHEN THE WAREHOUSE /CORES OR MR RETURNS RECEIVES I GET A EMAIL. YOU CAN ALSO CLICK ON THE CREATED PC302 AND SEE THE HISTORY

My bad I thought the app was designed to track the shipments. I use more paper now than I did 20 years ago...and I thought we were supposed to go digital!
I do print strictly on bark so at least I'm saving on paper when I can

Got a PC31 and pick tag today for the return and instructions to use the website for the PC302, which I had already printed out. Like everything else GM does more steps and work and paperwork for the dealer personnel.
