We still have work to do to reduce backorders and SPAC case volume, but we are focused on resolving backorders as quickly as possible, specifically on the most critical orders. When I started doing GM parts 1n 1976, I used to mail an order in to GM and I did not know what was coming until the truck delivered the order 10 to 14 days later. Not much has changed in this regard has it
