I am saying OEC has a horrible algorithm when it comes to rapid firing requests, which dealers are unable to answer even IF you wanted to. The requests show up expired and cannot be efficiently filled when that occurs. Sometimes even selecting "Yes" to sell the part, the page responds with "We are unable to process your request." and the time is not expired. When trying to add something to the Declined List, it usually shows up right away. OEC is aware of these issues. They do not care.
Follow that up with the texting (and e-mailing) feature the site offers. NOTORIUOSLY this process is useless due to the delay. Many PMs have verbally made this claim in my presence, therefore I choose not to use those features.
I believe the GCUS-9-11362 refers to a way to bypass GlobalConnect manual SPRINT requests and utilize OEC to process them. One can only hope this is a better process than trying to involve SPAC agents.
