New GM SPAC Case system

The new GM spac case system went into place as of monday . Has anyone else noticed , The old Fedex labels all said bill third party and the new OE Connection generated Labels all say bill sender with us labeled as the sender !?!?!?!?! does this mean now we are stuck footing the bill for the shipping charges to ship out spac case parts to help gm and other dealers ?

I just emailed my DSM about this.. I didn't even notice that yesterday when I was printing the labels! F'ing GM!!

I haven't sold one yet but I did notice the "Shop Express Direct" link in the SPAC Cases on Global now.
That will actually be nice if it works since we won't have to contact SPAC for manual dealer direct SPRINT's anymore...
Time will tell.

I tried to get a SPAC case sent to me with quantity of four pieces but the dealer only had one. Can't do it because there is no way to split the quantity ordered. That's what SPAC said when I called them . They were also baffled when I asked how to do it...…………..

NOTHING NEW ABOUT THAT. IF YOU FOUND A DEALER THAT HAS ONE. CANCEL YOUR SPAC CASE FOR 4 AND ORDER AND SPAC 1 PIECE AT A TIME

Yep, any time I need a quantity of something I order individually on CSO's and put the VIN on each one. So long as the vehicle does take that quantity you're good. That way dealers with 1 can ship.

Plus I don't feel bad sticking it to GM paying shipping / markup to multiple dealers, LOL. Especially if a dealer has the required quantity and ships each one with it's own label as you require tracking in order to get paid.

You have to pull the label off of OE Connection yourself, there's a whole 37 page instruction manual you can print off of Global Connect explaining the process. You can
find it by doing a search on the main page for d2d.
