GM Certified Service Employee parts discount

I did see that it is a voluntary program, but sas anyone ever processed any of these Certified Service Employee discounts for parts installed in the service lane? Today was the first one that we have done, and we were wondering if we a reimbursed by Gm for the discounts or do we just eat this discount, the customer did provide us with an authorization code.

i usually just give them 10% off of list, never applied for a credit

I just help them out with the price. Just did one this morning; apparently the code doesn't matter anymore as there is no Labor OP to submit for the difference anymore.
We just need to lose more profit.

Same, I'll just do the 10% over cost and not mess with the paperwork
