If GM is having such an issue with getting parts from 075 to other facilities due to shortage of drivers, why can't they divert orders to other facilities that are not having this issue. Maybe they could start doing OVN orders for the smaller items, I realize there are things that it is not feasible to do that with, but really aren't we supposed to be pleasing our customers? Not knowing what to tell a customer about an ETA is ridiculous. 3-5 days is one thing but 12-15 days is not acceptable.

Gm isn't facing the customer so they don't give a flying fat rats ass!

The only thing I have been able to think of to do, is OVN it, and guesstimate the cost, and add it to the price. Sucks for sure, pushing the sell price up, but theres not many other options

That's what I've had to do as well. Sometimes that's not even good enough, as it gets pushed to two days.

I present it as "two days or two weeks. this is how much."

YOU DONT HAVE TO GUESS THE OVERNIGHT CHARGE. GM USES A "FEDEX CALCULATOR" TO GET THE PRICES. I HAVE USED THIS CALCULATOR AGAINST GM WHEN ITS HIGHER THEN IT SAYS ON THE CALCULATOR. access global connect using google chrome and type in the search field
FEDEX CALCULATOR. UNLESS THE DIMENSIONS ARE OVER THE 110 THAT FEDEX SAYS IS HEAVYWEIGHT YOU CAN USE WEIGHT ONLY AND IT WILL GIVE YOU A ACCURATE PRICE
