GM back order report
Posted: Thu Sep 23, 2021 3:47 pmdoes anyone know if somewhere in Global Disconnect there is a back order report that can be pulled for your dealership's back orders, or a decent one in CDK?
Go to Workbench and under Part Order Processing select ->View Back-order Report
You can leave the boxes blank and change the start date as far back as you want.
Should pull up everything.
