GM Dealership employee here.

SIMPLE QUESTION - Name something, I will accept ANYTHING, that GM is doing right / complete / well right now?

I have asked our Sales Manager, Service Manager, Parts Manager and others in the dealership and was met with blank stares in return. No one could think of a single thing.

NOTHING . well hold on there is something. promoting Crystal Stults. Not good for us but good for her. she has always been the glue for me between insanity and everyday dealings with GM.

The tire billing website works well.

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE TIRE SITE.

WHY CANT THE INFO THAT WE WANT ON THE FRONT PAGE BE CHANGED?

FOR INSTANCE I WANT THE PART NUMBER TO DEFAULT AS SOON AS I OPEN IT.

TELL ME DOES ANYONE EVER USE THE TPC NUMBER?
NOT FIRST

I DID A FEW TIMES ABOUT 3-5 YEARS AGO, BUT NOT FIRST.

PLEASE DEFAULT TO THE SIZE OR PART NUMBER.

I have a very competent and great communicator at my cross dock that helps me track shipments.

Yes the tire website is a joke. I've complained about it a year ago and got the blah, blah, blah from them. Otherwise nothing positive to report.

Currently we have some GM employees that seem to really care. The great part is they both have dealership backgrounds, not fresh out of college. 1 was a Parts Manager and the other was a Parts Coordinator for a large body shop. Refreshing change of pace. Another positive, the staff at PDC 051, Martinsburg and the Williamsport, MD cross dock are super helpful.
