Missing oil discount amount on GM invoice!

Hello all! Curious to see if anyone else here is missing their discount amount from any of their GM oil invoices? It also appears that our GM bulk oil part numbers changed to 19432334 for 0w20 and 19432354 for 5w30. It has been an ongoing battle to try to get oil lately, so it would not surprise me if they pulled the discounts from us. We have actually ran out of 0w20. I emailed xom.lubes.pay04@exxonmobil to see what's up.

Just got my tanks filled today, We were out of 5w30 and had about 14 quarts of 0w remaining.....

I should see it on my invoice tomorrow, and I will report back
