I was wondering how any of you are dispersing you PASE money. As of right now we keep all of it in the Parts Dept but I have a feeling that at some point we are going to have to share this with our Service Dept.
Just wondering what everyone else is doing out there. Thanks in advance everyone.

Newer manager here, please forgive me, but where do you guys see the dollar amount kicked back for hitting PASE #?s

It comes through on the GM open statement "BARS". My accounting team knocks them out, there is always a bunch of bills/incentives that the parts department has involvement with. Usually the last week of the month is when the pase payment from last month rolls out.

Feel fortunate. My dealer decided last October that those dollars are going to go into the general fund of the dealership which I see nothing. My department has only lost out on $22,000 so far this year.

Same thing happened here. We're losing $6-9k per month.

THE PARTS DEPT GETS EVERYTHING.
BEFORE PASE GM KICKED BACK TO ME AROUND $12000-15000
AFTER PASE- I EARN AROUND 1500-2000

MY ANSWER TO THAT HELL NO. GIVE ME BACK MY 4.25% KICKBACK I EARNED FOR ABOUT 7 YEARS IN A ROW BEFORE PASE AND THEN I WILL CONSIDER

Mine goes to sales department "Other Income"... Why? because dealership owners all come from the sales dept.

1/2 goes to offset the freight account lower expenses means more money, the other half goes to inventory adjustment so i can self scrap obsolete parts, and shop order in error parts so i don't have to pay the 35% fee.
