As a new parts guy (GMC dealership) I'm always looking for resources to help me learn how to do this job better. DealersEdge has all kinds of workshops that seem relevant to what I do but I'd like to know your thoughts before I blow my $29.

Mike Nicholes has a Part Manager Manual, and Gary Naples has a few books, "By The Numbers", and "Beyond The Numbers". I own all these publications and they are very helpful. I am sorry I cannot comment on the DealersEdge Membership. Dealersedge has been very good to us in allowing these forums for 20 plus years.
