Submitting Customer Exceptions Error

I have been trying to do a new defective claim in Global Connect but I am unable to process the claim with all 3 browsers now!
Internet Explorer: None of the options on the 3 different menus show up
Edge and Chrome: After I input the shipment number; part number and click next it takes me to an error screen.
Do I need to go as low as downloading Firefox next?
Anybody else having the same issue?
