Hey all,, been a while since I posted, been out of GM now for about 3 years.. Might be going back to the General soon, looking at a dealer that uses Dealer Track.. I have CDK and Reynolds experience, how is Dealer Track? Anything I need to know if I make this move??

I was at a Chrysler dealer that went to DealerCrap.. I left there quickly. CDK/ADP has it's issues, but nothing like DealerCrap.

DealerTrack can't even get the price tape correct for Chrysler/Fiat dealers.
Several years ago Fiat and Chrysler couldn't service the other brand. Then FCA merged them so we could order parts for the other brands.
FCA sends out a single tape and DT still breaks it up to the 2 brands. To this day any Fiat part prices are not current. They are from 2019.
I started a case 9/30/2019 and its status is "Related to Product Issue" That has not been fixed.
We have to be aware and manually override part prices each and every time we sell a fiat part.

It is like the saying "you get what you pay for"
