Any of you GM guys know why orders for this part is being cancelled? Charlotte shows 900 of these but I have had CSO orders cancel yesterday and today.

Limited stock is available. All domestic GM Dealer and International accounts: CSO3/VIP3 will process normally. All other types will cancel. Dealer can request SPAC to enter SPAC case, it must be approved by SPAC personnel (no inventory available for CSO3/VIP3). All ACDelco accounts: All order types will cancel.

I believe dealers have to pay the freight.

If this is the sensor for the recall, dealers cannot claim the freight on the recall claim - at least that is what the WSC told our warranty admin.

Therefore, we are no longer completing the recalls until the part can be obtained without costing us extra money. Why should we pay / lose money to get a part for a recall.

You must not get paid on CSI?

You are correct, my pay is not based on CSI. However, our CSI is very good - way above area / regional numbers. It is all depends on how it is explained to the customer. Most will understand - assuming there is not a running problem, which we will then take care of.
