texting for special orders

We are a CDK dealer and it sounds like CDK offers a texting feature through a system called CDK text connect, but it is not automated, meaning you have to manually type the text and send it to the customer. We have a local marine dealer that uses Light Speed by CDK as a DMS, within that system they have automated texting (per their Parts manager). Which it would seem that CDK could make this an option on the automotive side, but they don't.

Has any one found an automated texting service to notify customers of received special order parts? If so do you also have it linked to set up an appointment?

With so much junk e-mail out there I believe that customers probably blow right by and e-mailed notification from the dealer.
