I never got on the webinar for the new program and with the new launch on Monday does anyone know the course number so I can see how we submit for payment etc, all I can find is an overview
which is not very helpful

the course they say to goto is SF1GM.R21W1. In which I watched and unless I missed something, still not sure how the parts dept is to process the rewards.

I didn't get to watch it either, but from what I am reading on the bulletin they took a great program and messed it up. More work than before. Gotta love that great GM feeling.

GCUS-9-12291 has a list of courses. You may also want to search "My GM Rewards Dealer Guide" in the home page of Global. There is a 29 page downloadable guide.

Does anybody actually have access to the DRC (Dealer Redemption Center) in Global Connect?
For me, it's not even listed in the app center and that is how we are supposed to redeem the points now

There is a new app in global called my gm rewards, which i think is where it is all done through, but still no video showing how you use it

Thank you. I found it through the My GM Rewards APP. The instructions from the webinar tell you that the DRC is an app in Global lol
