Unable to complete EXPRESS DIRECT REQUEST

I'm soooo fricking sick of dealers not knowing how to process sprint responses. I learned and sent out many sprint parts, why can't all dealers learn how?. I ask them if they know how to do and most of the time they say it never works.. I guess at that point I would call OE CONNETION and ask them why the fuck it don't work.. What GM should do is send every DMA to the dealerships and train them. I understand GM wants us to buy out right, If that the case why allow us to put spac cases on the part in the fist place?. I liked the old way, I would call the dealer and ask them if they are willing to sprint the part, then I would call or chat with a spac agent and they would start and hold a spac case and call the sprinting dealer and VOILA we got the part the next day. OHHH I MISS THE OLD DAYS.. Thank you for letting me vent... :D

Better question is why can't gm make a program that works? not wasting my time on shit that pays that little of money, if their crap worked I would use it

We have a transmission on a spac case. There is a dealer about 70 miles away that will Sprint it. Our truck is in their area every day, so no problem picking it up.
Transmissions are local only to express direct.
Since we are not local to them, it will not show up in D2D for them.
I have begged SPAC, DPAC whatever it is to force this case to them, but they will not. The “system won’t let them do it”. The only chance would be to ask the dealer to adjust their local radius in OEC out to include us, make a 3rd spac case so it will “shop” again. They would grab it, then set their local radius back to what it was. And the spac person says that is not guaranteed to work.
The spac reps have been great, but their hands are tied.

Yep, the old days look mighty good from here.

Exactly.

I have had NO SUCESS with parts express direct either. Call GM, their excuse is , "It has to shop for two days or It's on National Control" We end up calling the dealer, purchasing it with a credit card and sticking the freight and other charges on the repair order, let GM eat it.
If a dealer is willing to let it go, I try Express Direct, dealer code, etc. It always comes back cancelled, call GM and listen to the usual excuses noted above.
SPAC reps have their hands tied, they cannot work around Express Direct, so why even bother.
About as efficient as Buck Fiden.

It is truly amazing how many dealers do not know how to do this process. The previous way was really simple, but the new way is not that hard. A few extra clicks. I prefer the new way as I do not enjoy talking the the SPAC agents. My biggest issue with this is that by the time D2D Express updates to show hits, they are always missed.

We have only been able to pick up a couple Express Direct cases for dealers. Whatever the reason some do not come through; no one is certain. On the other hand, once I do get to pick up a sale, the process to ship is easy.

I have a $400.00+ part that we shipped on a Spac case that has not been credited to us by GM. Called GM and a not very polite person told me they were behind on issuing credit due to staff shortages and sent me a form to try and get our money. If this is how it is going to be, I would rather keep my $400.00 part and try to sell it myself. Like another post said, GM took a program that worked and has made it more difficult to deal with. Maybe we do need training, but I have always said if you implement a program and want people to use it, keep it simple or it will not happen

The last couple of days, I'll get emails 15-20 at once telling me there are Sprint possibilities, but when I open OEC, there are zero. Then, yesterday, I got an email from PartsTrader about a collision order. 12 minutes later I got an email from Collision Link telling me about the same order.
