Any GM dealers who are serviced by Valcon? Curious to what your thoughts are and how your service is with them. They just took over my area as the oil distributor and are new to this side of ExxonMobil. They called looking to open a charge account to bill me for the 0w-20 bulk they dropped off this morning, telling me that the 0w20 bulk is no longer on the buyback program so it cannot be billed through GM. I am waiting for Exxon Rep to call me back to find out whats going on for sure.
