I noticed that too. I was wondering if you had to decline again when the month changed.

Also blew past my hours set for notifications. I have it set to only send emails until 5pm, came in this morning and my last one was at 10:40pm. With a grand total of 439 emails yesterday.

Yes, but I declined the part multiple times each day, which puts it on the list as many times as you click it. (tried it out of curiosity) Even if I show zero on hand. OEC still asks for it the next day. I have to believe my inventory is updating each night since my RIM order shows up each morning. Those of you paying to have your inventory updated hourly, may have different results.

I received a pile of emails after hours at well. So much fun deleting emails everyday.

The best I can gather is, OEC has not updated our inventory since 5/31/22.

I just got off the phone with a fella from OEC. He stated they're aware of the issue(s) and are working on a fix. He sort of bounced around topics a bit, then when I asked why the program kept asking for parts I have on my Declined List; he tried to help me put them on the Parts List Manager (permanently declined) list. I re-explained I am looking at D2D Express and not D2D Link. (barking dog in the background may have distracted him?) He took down my e-mail and said he added me to a list of dealers having this issue.

Upside: OEC updated our inventory last night. Other side: They obliterated my Declined list. Bright side: At least it may save some of you the phone call.

I've had this problem for a while.
Even posted it on DFOB and got bullshit answer from the dev.
Called OEC and they said my set up is wrong, another bullshit.
I have turned off the email notification ages ago.
And yes... we're not a big dealership.
