hello GM Parts guys.... What in the world is going on with OE Connection and D2D Express with all these potential sales not have a time for you to click on the link to sell the part?


I will get multiple all day log of MISSED sales, but when i sit here and click refresh every 5 seconds the leads come accross showing Missed and I have no time to click on the lead to sell the part?

When i call OEC they tell me the part request go out in waves and there are so many dealers picking the sell up before it comes to my OEC?

aRE YOU HAVING THE SAME ISSUE WITH LEADS SHOWING MISSED

Let me guess - you are a "smaller" dealership?

Likely less than $200 - $250k in inventory?

I don't know for sure but it seems to me that it would appear large dealers have some sort of advantage in SPRINT

I respond to them before the email hits and still miss out on them.

this has been going on since Feb, when i called OEC, they said they were looking into it, stating they have had a number of calls on this. I get 50 to 100 misses a day, mostly the same part(s), i got frustrated with all the emails from the misses, i had to turn off notifications

When I called OEC they said that it was working properly. I said BS and hung up

I have walked in to other dealerships in my area and they have dedicated staff that sit there and hit F5 and keep refreshing to catch the sales on D2D. It is becoming a better sales resource then wholesale at this point...

It's been like that for our dealer. Called and mailed them OEC/ D2D people. They said it's find at their end.
Even posted on GM Dealer Fixed Operations Advisory Board Issues (which is a dead place and nobody can help you ever)
And yes, we are a small dealer but wtf, charging almost $1000 for all their programs and we don't even get the same treatment?

Anyone else just get/still getting buried in D2D Express notifications? From 9:48-10:15 Ive gotten 206 emails, and they're still coming in. When it first started, my "awaiting commitment" showed 122 available! Now, I'm just clicking "Don't notify Me" on everything.

I had to shut off my e-mail notifications, it got so overwhelming, and by the time you see the e-mail, the request is gone anyway. So I just try to go on OE Connection a couple of times an hour, and I have another guy that does the same, to see if we can pick up a bread crumb or two a day, maybe get rid of an older part or 2.

We broke it. It no longer even considers your DECLINED list.
