is there a way to set up oec so that a favorite dealer shows on top of the list versus it going by distance from you ?

Manage Favorites near the bottom of the page.
Add some favorite dealers that will be at the top of your listing

Absolute life saver..We have a few larger wholesale dealers locally that deliver twice a day, so If I need it in a hurry, at least they'll drop it off

I have our sister store, our ADI, and our frequent flyers at the top. Makes it much easier since the favorites are highlighted at the top of the list.
