GCUS-9-13004 may be a mere "suggested" timeline of events. Those of you who are in the first wave are most likely giving a lot of feedback for their IT people to absorb and implement. The training is probably required before the app icon is visible to you, but the training is available a whole week prior to the site availability for your region:

7/11 – NER training
7/18 – NER launch

8/1 – SER training
8/8 – SER launch/ NCR training

8/15 – NCR launch/ SCR training
8/22 – SCR launch/ WR training

8/29 – WR launch​

Saturday 7/30/22, the courses were listed in my COL path but not yet available. Today 8/1/22, they have disappeared. We're not scheduled to train until 8/8/22 but I was looking forward to launching first thing. The COL won't even let me add them and searching in the course catalog shows no classes by those course numbers.

Go to COL, go to your learning path, click on the catalog tab. Search "parts workbench plus". It will show all the VCT's and their times.

Haven't had a claim to file yet... but it's nice seeing GM at least look they are crawling out of the stone ages.

I use it every day and so far, I like the function and flow of it. There are a few things that I believe could be a little better, but it is a big upgrade to the mess we have now.

I noticed they took out IVH (Investigate Vehicle History) and the link to EPC but now have TLC (Tech Line Connect). So far, no major issues navigating.
