It's kinda weird giving a positive review about something new GM rolled out but here I am: It's not perfect, but we have officially joined the 21st century. Haven't had a claim to process yet, but ran through the dialogues and I'm hoping the submission is easier and doesn't require tomfoolery with IE. anyone processed one yet?

Only a MR01, but searching for Invoices, Shipments and upgrading and SPAC's are so much easier. I do have a question though, My warehouse manager prints all the daily referrals in epic. Is this something everyone does to check in shipments. Seems a little old school, but she has been with GM longer than my self.

Not totally sure what you mean. We don't print our answerbacks, we just input the facility referred to in the DMS at the end of the control number, then note the referral on the SOR card.

With the "shipments" screen, I'd like to see a "control number/s" column to get to the tracking number quicker. My counter people aren't expected to know shipment numbers on parts, and finding the correct one can take an extra few minutes, especially if the order date and ship date are far apart. It's still a vast improvement from clicking 3 pop ups and scrolling to text that is an unreadable jumble.

I went to school on it today and have been using it. I have to say, it's damn impressive.

(NCR) Mine disappeared the other day too. I had to go back in this morning and search for it in the catalog, re-add it to my path; and now it shows in my VCT.

In the VCT today for 8/10, they had a help email that was specific to the PWB+ team. Does anyone happen to have that?
