XMS3 CCA tracking

Anyone else on a pilot program for the XMS tracking tool? The estimations from my facing Reno PDC show farther out than the service standard they have set in the past. Had an order Tuesday, they didn't write it til wednesday and combined with another order, so it already shipped a day late. Eta for a part ordered 5/31 on this new site is 6/4 - 6/7 on a part I usually would have had today.

I can see it being useful for tracking shorted parts, but doubling the time it takes for me to get something or alternatively providing inaccurate ETAs doesn't seem like a step forward. The logistics nightmare continues.
