BATTERY WARRANTY PAYS SHORT

BATTERY WARRANTY PAYS SHORT

Postby MIKE1010 » Fri Jun 17, 2022 3:46 pm

As of June 1st warranty has been paying short on all battery claims. I have printed out the new battery reimbursement sheet from Epic dated May 2022 and adjusted all my costs. WPC has no answers and act like the Epic sheet is wrong. Anybody else had an issue?

THE PEOPLE AT GENERAL MOTORS DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR THE PERSON SITTING NEXT TO THEM. SO IF THEY DONT CARE THEY DONT COMMUNICATE WITH EACH OTHER.

just received word that the last battery claim was paid in full.

88864541 parts: 188.89 and parts handling 75.56 that's 40 percent.

Sounds like someone needs a new Warranty Manager

To be fair we have an excellent warranty clerk. She did get an answer back from WPC and said that the new pricing sheet had not been loaded for western region and they were in the process of fixing that. As of yesterday all battery claims had been resolved and paid in full.
