Parts Warranty Reimbursement %

Good morning.
Wondering what percentage of your GM warranty reimbursement?
We are at 40% since forever and I have a called from company named Armatus that could help dealers to get paid more.
Have you ever heard of them and... is it legit without getting any effect on our EBE.

over a year we are doing another service increase because theirs was a lot lower than ours in parts last time it hasnt effect ebe

We did a review probably 3 years ago now and got 78%.

57.21% here after we went through the process of submitting everything, just over a year ago. Just got a labor rate increase, but not parts last month.
