First check with your state dealers association to find out if your state law allows reimbursement at retail.lf yes, it will most likely be worth your time to enlist an outside company (to perform the DMS work required to determine you stores actual “retail” parts rate)

We're so tiny, we can't come up with the required repair orders to get ours raised from 40%. Pity.

Denise, have you tried using an outside company? Artemis is expensive, but they were able to get a small dealer in Kings Auto Mall 78%.

Do you have their full company name or contact info? Google lists many consulting firms with this name as well as similar names; like Armatus.
