I believe you need to refer to GCUS-9-13141 for the proper instructions on how to run IE web applications in Microsoft Edge. Took my IT guy a bit to make it work for us. ;)

Ours is locked up also. Yesterday I got it to work by going to the right upper corner of the screen clicked on the 3 dots and reloaded on ie explorer mode and I did a claim it worked. I thought cool tomorrow I'll come in and do the rest.. now I'm locked out...

my it person read the bulletin and did everything it said to do.

i have to use Google chrome to "Create Order"

WTF

ONE OF THE OTHER COMPUTERS IS MESSED UP.

I THINK THE COMPUTERS WERE PURCHASED AT DIFFERENT TIMES , SO THEY ACT DIFFERENT BECAUSE THE OPERATING SYSTEM AND OTHERS PROBABLY HAVE A SLIGHT DIFFERENT VERSION

My IT guy (outside company) was in yesterday, and doesn't even want to screw with it. "What if something changes, and I have to come back and do it all over again?". He wants to try to wait until the new workbench is live, and see if that fixes it (or course, I'm Western Region).

Launch work bench from the app center, it works for me.. Good luck.
