Made it through the latest training video about customers with disabilities. It states not to hold to door for an individual with a disability, wonder how many ladies I have offended over the years holding the door, opening their car door, standing up when they approach the table or room weather or not they have a disability.

I don't give a rats ass what GM thinks I hold doors for anybody and will continue to do so. My parents taught me to be respectful to EVERYBODY.

AlanHolmes: Plenty, I bet. But you'd know it right away! They've gone beyond stupid, to absurd. I am still reeling over GM's Genderbread Person. All the LGBTQ+ people I know found it imposing to use the pronoun designation. They're all pretty low key and don't feel they're owed anything because things are much better for them now than ever. In my 32+ years in this business, I've only felt "harassed" once, by a aftermarket sales manager, and that was dispatched in a hurry. Interestingly enough, he'd been fired from his last job for the same thing. Just try to be nice to everyone. It really is that simple.
