CDK & cores

So we just changed dms’s this month from Reynolds’s to CDK and I’m having some core trouble. I’ve tried service connect many times but can’t find what I’m looking for

Is there an easy report to show what dirty cores I have on hand and a total value?

And second how do I delete/remove the dirty core once I’ve been credited from the manufacturer?

For reference we are a Mercedes dealer

When I was on CDK the dealer did not pay for core tracking. However most Mopar cores all started with the letter U. I would run a report for all parts that started with U and had QTY O.H. After getting credit I would remove the part from inventory as a return that referenced the credit invoice.

If you have core tracking turned on, you can check your dirty cores from the fast lane at the side of your screen. Click on the " i " and go to the bottom when it opens. Click on the TOT CORE INV Number. When that window opens, click on the number and a spreadsheet report will open with the dirty core column on the right. Core tracking is a one way road. Once you turn it on, it cannot be turned off. You delete cores thru CMOD.

RDCI is the function I use to report what is on hand, CMOD is for editing and is cumbersome.
