direct ship

Does anyone have troubles getting direct ship parts from a place on Warren Ave in Dearborn Mi ? it seems every time I order a bolt and nut and I have to check up on it because it taking so long, it is this place. They always have the same 2 excuses. Fedex has not picked up yet or Fedex picked up but they never scanned it. tired of the excuses. Please share your phone calls regarding this matter.
