They are doing absolutely nothing , They push and care about all this EV launch product but we cant get simple components for an engine or a transmission to get a customer going . We have a vehicle in the shop right now brand new 2022 vehicle waiting for an engine ...... we were told NO escalation allowed , NO spac case fulfillment available , NOTHING .... Customer is loosing their mind. How can this possibly build customer loyalty ..... We had a vehicle couple weeks ago we resorted to getting a transmission from another dealer in another state who would ONLY sell it at list price plus shipping . Customer was livid but had no choice but to pay the differential in price just to get their car fixed .. sad sad sad :!: :?: :!: :?:

Used (if you can use them) are skyrocketing in price as well as decreasing in availability of good stock. These vendors realize conventional powertrains are becoming a hot commodity and they are poised to take advantage of it. Just tried to get a used 1.4L for a Cruze.......fingers crossed he second one doesn't tank on us too.
I can only imagine the fury in a brand new vehicle owner's rage!

GM is trying to get us to install a used one currently. Under warranty lol. What a joke. Keep in mind we cant mark up a used one either.

Don't forget to file a purchase loyalty adjustment...IF you end up doing it. Someone else on here suggested that and used reason code "U", I think.
