Welcome to the forum. There is lots of knowledge here and I hope an FCA will chime in.

Since no one chimed in, and I'm no MOPAR man, I'll give generic advise.

1) Contact a DPSM and ask what can be done to be in compliance for return allowance
or
2) CTRL F search within a policies/procedures manual for 'compliance' or 'return' or 'obsolescence'

Hopefully that helps.

Also, congrats on being thrown into the manager position. Far as I know, that's how we all started. Same thing happened to me a couple years ago now, from counterman to manager. One big help for me personally was going to dedicated training for parts managers, if your ownership is willing to foot the bill (they should be if they like profit).

This is the criteria for earning return allowance in the US.

FULL Return Allowance Earned = High Dealer Loyalty (>=90.0%) and ARO Compliant (>=92%) and CSI Met (>=870) and FFV Met (>=90.0%)
REDUCED Return Allowance Earned = Medium Dealer Loyalty (>=80.0% & <90.0%) and ARO Compliant (>=92%) and CSI Met (>=870) and FFV Met (>=90.0%)
NO Return Allowance Earned = Low Dealer Loyalty (<80.0%) or Not ARO Compliant (<92%) or CSI Not Met (<870) or FFV Not Met (<90.0%)

Where are you located? Some things are different in Canada.
