Did a chat for a case on an 85525332 grille. Got this answer:
"We have sent an email to supply chain checking for ETA and this is their response.
"Production is ordering over machine rate capacity so the supplier is not capable of covering CCA demand at this time."

Might be fun (in a totally ironic way) to have a megathread of these, ah, interesting, backorder reasons. I know one person had "can't ship part due to govt shutdown" and I imagine there are some other ridiculous ones.

Have a torque converter on back order, chatted with SPAC trying to get an ETA and got this response,"CHTTD
IN FOR ETA, NO ETA, F/U DMA"
Don't know what F/U DMA means in Peggy speak but I know what I thought it meant.

We have your part, but we do not have a box to ship it in. Best one I ever had from SPAC. Seriously

Must be the Chinese government shut down.

As I am always quick to remind people ---- PUT THE CUSTOMER AT THE CENTER OF EVERYTHING YOU DO - per GM

Your statement references CCA. If we recall CCA = Customer Care and Aftersales. I wish GM would listen to themselves once in a while and simply try to understand the position they put us all in. Sorry for the inconvenience just doesn't cut it.
