Why are HD PA's paid more than Reg.Dealer PA's

Hello,

Why are Heavy duty parts advisors paid more than regular franchised dealership parts advisors.
An example I have is local to me currently.
A Napa traction service center is looking for a parts specialist and is look to pay between $57k-$77k
Advertises no weekends and an offer of a Mon-Thurs shift

In the same metro, a parts advisor at a VW dealer is only getting up too $19/hr with bonuses up too $55k.
If anyone can let me know the premium difference, I'd appreciate it.
I can understand that HD parts advisors have a different skill set with interchanging, sourcing, have a different product knowledge, but what else is there.

Looking to offer my guys a better livelihood.

I can see HD advisors being paid more, they have to deal with the bullshit of "I have a truck" "Do you have the VIN?" "No it's a truck"

Same thing around here, I know they make a ton of $ based on gross and volume.

A place around here I know of makes $500-$700k in GP per month :o
