Hello all, new manager here. I have been tasked with setting up a new "Setup Price Break/SPB" Does anyone have any recommendations to share on what good levels are?

Everyones going to be a little different.. that being said, this is what I was instructed to put in from our "consultant".

It is sometimes more trouble than its worth..

Theres so many things that I dont want to matrix (Batteries, bulk oil, family priced filters) , so sources have to be set up correctly, and parts in the correct sources.

Then sometimes (I feel) things are just completely irrational, so I'll price them closer to list. Our last matrix was even more aggressive then this one :evil:

I just do what im told, for the most part ;)
