HAS ANYONE HAD A $5.00 MISC CHARGE ON THERE KEYSTONE BILLS? HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT MAKING $5.00 LESS PROFIT. HOW DO YOU FEEL BEING CHARGED FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT DISCUSSED AT THE TIME OF ORDER/PURCHASE? I BELEIVE IT IS AGAINST THE LAW UNDER : "Variation to your contract"

We luckly dont monkey with them very often, If I had to guess its a fuel surcharge

I pass the $5.00 on to my customers (insurance companies), charged as freight, so far no complaints.

Never take the time anymore to order anything from Keystone, told them to shove it. They would deliver to our RV shop next door, in the building that is a ten second walk away without any surcharge. But if I ordered anything there was a surcharge. RV shop is owned by the same company, just a different address.
