ANYONE HAVING TROUBLE SENDING PARTS ORDERS TO GM.

Yup! Just spent 10 minutes on hold to be told "GM knows about the issue and is working on a resolution as soon as possible". Jeez, I really think these people who work at DPAC are robots!

been trying to send my orders since 11 am... speaking of DPAC, ever get the rep that has a rooster crowing in the background??? really gives you a great feeling about the how the rest of your call is going to go.

Few parts facebook groups are reporting the same thing.. Seems to be across the board

Couldn't get into Global Disconnect, or DCS earlier. I did get Parts Workbench Plus to work, tho.

guess i was the lucky one went in at 3:30 no problems
