Apparently there are changes coming. Of course we have to sign up without all the information (blindly follow) and hope for the best.


PASE PARTS AND SERVICE EXCELLENCE PROGRAM

New for the 2023 Retail PASE Program:
•New Volume: 12-Month Purchase Tier grid
•New payout grids for Service Lane Requirements: First Service Visit/Retention/Dealer Sales Loyalty
•New Parts Purchase Growth grid
•New Dynamic Adjusted Growth base level
•Added National Retail Plan as qualifier in Service Lane Category
•Removal of MPVI/Menu from Service Lane Category
•Removal of Bonus Category
