Since the official rollout of the New Parts Workbench, it has crashed multiple times, never had this many issues with the old parts workbench, it worked 99.9% of the time, this new parts workbench so far might be working 25% of the time

i have found that if you just log back into global the direct link will work again

gt agrees with smoyer... if your session has timed out the new "plus version" does not (or will not) take you to a log-in screen as done with the old version.

on the plus side... printing GM invoices has gotten much easier for me.

My message to GM:

All I know is that between our Tekion conversion and the new PWB I am getting worn out. Really challenging time with Tekion, so many unknowns and they do not have answers for them.
