Our contract is due. I received the new one today and it contains a $25.00 per month charge for the USB drive. Doesn't matter if they don't send a USB that month we will still be charged.

That is another $300 per year. I was okay with the CD's until they quit making them. Now since they don't make the CD's we have to pay $25.00 monthly.

Are you GM dealers also seeing this charge?

We do get the USB and pay the charge... We do load the USB into the in store server every month so we have the "newest updated" catalog.

I'm not sure theres a way out of the fee, regardless if you use it or not. We just resigned also

I have not received this fee yet. I would be making a call though.

The USB is a service that you sign up and pay extra for. It makes doing the updates easier and quicker. You also get to keep the USB Drive. They are 62GB so a decent size.

Good information. I will have to make a call also, it's very handy to have the server backup and the USB sticks are great to have for other uses. We use the GM Global catalog here for the most part.
