Customer exceptions - Part was shipped in error
Under notes put - Part took too long, customer went used/aftermarket on the headlamp.
GM 99% of the time approves the return, I've been sending a lot back for the most part with no issue bumpers, body panels ect.
Also, I don't get hit with a restocking fee.
