PASE 2023

PASE 2023

Postby Ichabod Farquar » Sat Nov 12, 2022 1:59 am

After reviewing the "new" PASE program for 2023, I think the incentive payout - for our dealership - will drop by at least 1/3. Mostly due to the removal of the bonus section payout. And the "adjusted" objectives and tiers.

What do you think the effects will be on your dealership?

PASE 2023 was 100% designed to make you drop , I'm down half what I was last year . Remember a couple of months ago on Global Connect there was a CCA message video saying " Dealership parts departments have never been more profitable !! " so now take into 2023 GM decides to revamp the BTC program and make you jump through dozens of hoops to try an get claims reimbursed ( ultimately denying your funds because the body estimate doesn't meet the requirements ) , Auditing your claims , hacking PASE ................. this is all to THEIR benefit not yours . GM because of backorders and logistics issues they claim has cost them them millions so the easiest way to make it up is through RIM and incentive programs . Take away your incentives and make you stock more to make them more .
